What are we learning today?

You will write a short description of weather, places and people.

Explanation

• Weather words: sunny, foggy, icy, windy, snowy, stormy, rainy, cloudy.
• Place words: mountains, sea, lake, beach, river, desert, forest.
• Use facts, for example: Khan Tengri is 7,000 metres high.
• A good order is: where, what it looks like, what you can do, how you feel.

1. It's snowy in winter in Almaty.
2. There are a lot of mountains and beaches in California.
3. The host family are kind.
