Presenting Information on a Card

What are we learning today?

You will learn how to give personal information in a clear order.

Explanation

• An ID card has a fixed order: name, from, date of birth, address.
• Say the facts in the same order.
• Use a short sentence for each fact.
• Dates have a day, a month and a year.
• A country and a nationality go together: Spain, Spanish.

Examples

1. My name is Bruno. I'm from Munich, in Germany.
2. My birthday is on 23rd May.
3. Michel and Nicole are from France. They're French.

Remember!

• Keep the same order as on the card.
• Check a name politely: "So, your name is Bruno, is that right?"
• Speak slowly.
