What are we learning today?

You will learn how to find out what a speaker thinks or likes.

Explanation

• An opinion says what a person likes or thinks.
• Listen for small clue words: favourite, like, great.
• Listen to the voice. "Nice to meet you" sounds friendly.
• "Sorry, can you repeat that please?" is a polite request. The speaker wants to hear it again.

Examples

1. My favourite month is June.
2. I like my school. It's big.
3. Nice to meet you. (a friendly attitude)
