What are we learning today?

You will learn how to organise facts and present them clearly to other people.

Explanation

• First, organise your information. Then present it.
• A chart helps you. Put the school names in columns. Put the topics in rows, for example Languages and Clubs.
• Notes with headings also help. Put the same kinds of facts together.
• Turn each row into a sentence.
• Say the main fact first, for example the name and the place. Then say the details.

Examples

1. Gareth speaks English and Welsh.
2. In Gareth's school they have a Surf Club.
3. My school starts at 9 and finishes at 3.30.

• Use short notes in a plan.
• Use full sentences when you present.
