Конспект
What are we learning today?
You will use pronouns to describe people. You will also use some and any.
Explanation
- Pronouns take the place of names. David becomes he.
- After a verb, use me, you, him, her, it, us, them.
- Possessive words show who owns something: my, your, his, her, its, our, their.
- Some words stand alone: mine, yours, hers, ours, theirs.
- Use some and something in positive sentences. Use any and anything in questions and negative sentences.
Examples
- My brother is funny. I like him.
- The red skateboard is hers.
- Have you got any brothers? I haven't got any.
Remember!
