You will say your ideas clearly in a pair or a group. You will give a reason or a detail.

Explanation

• A clear idea is a full sentence with a reason.
• Ask about experience: "Have you ever had a pet?"
• Give a short answer and one detail: "Yes, I have. My family had a dog a few years ago."
• Say what you think and why. Use "because".
• Disagree politely. React to news before you tell your own.
• In a group, speak one by one. Do not interrupt.

3. My brother has broken his leg. - Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that.
