What are we learning today?

You will compare schools and ideas from different places and explain them.

Explanation

• Tobilay lives in South Africa. She walks to school and studies Zulu in the afternoon.
• Gareth lives in Wales. He studies in English and Welsh. He speaks Welsh with his family.
• Teenagers have different rules about phones at school.
• Compare with these phrases: "In Tobilay's school they ... but in my school we ..." "Some students think ... others think ..."

1. Tobilay walks to school but I go by car.
2. Gareth speaks Welsh with his family.
3. Some students think phones help learning, others think they are a distraction.
