What are we learning today?

You will compare a text with a photo. You will use clear sentences.

Explanation

Say one fact and one comparison in each sentence.

• Name the topic first. Then give the detail.
• Topics: weather, colours, animals and buildings.
• Use "In the text ... but in the photo ..."
• Use the words same and different.
• Speak slowly.

Examples

1. In the text the sky is red and gold. In my photo the sky is grey.
2. In the text there are stone huts, but there are no houses in my photo.
3. In the text the huts are old, but in my photo the houses are new.

Remember!

• Do not describe only one thing. Compare two things.
• Use but to show a difference.
