You will choose the right word to talk about how many or how much.

Explanation

• Use many with plural countable nouns: many children.
• Use much with uncountable nouns: much food. Use it mostly in questions and negative sentences.
• Use a lot of or lots of with both kinds.
• Use a few for a small number of countable things.
• Food, water and help are uncountable.
