What are we learning today?

You will learn to ask and answer simple questions about your family.

Explanation

• A good talk has four moves: ask, answer, react and ask back.
• Family words are: parents, grandparents, uncle, aunt, cousin, brother and sister.
• Your uncle is your mum's or dad's brother.
• Use 's to show who a person belongs to.

Examples

1. A: Have you got a brother? B: Yes, I have. Have you?
2. A: No, I haven't, but I've got two sisters. (A answers and gives one more fact.)
3. Sarah is David and Betty's daughter.
