What are we learning today?

You will ask and answer questions with whose, how often and how long.

Explanation

• Whose asks about the owner.
• How often asks how many times something happens.
• How long asks about the length of time.
• Put do, does, is or will before the subject.
• Answer with a name and 's, or with words like mine and hers.
• Answer how often with always, sometimes, never, every day or twice a week.

Examples

1. Whose pencil is this? It's Aruzhan's.
2. How often do you play football? Twice a week.
3. How long will you stay? For a week.

Remember!

• Whose is not the same as who's.
• Do not answer How often with a clock time.
