You will understand simple questions about personal information. You will know what answer each question needs.

Explanation

• Listen to the question word first.
• "What's your name?" asks for a name.
• "How do you spell your name?" asks for letters, for example M-A-R-I-A.
• "How old are you?" asks for a number.
• "Where are you from?" asks for a place.
• "What's your date of birth?" asks for a date.
• "What's your phone number?" asks for numbers.
• "What's your email address?" asks for an address.

Examples

1. Where are you from? - I'm from Katowice, in Poland.
2. What's your date of birth? - It's 12th April 2000.
3. How do you spell your name? - M-A-R-I-A.

Remember!

• The question word tells you what to answer.
• Do not answer "How old are you?" with a date.
