What are we learning today?

You will learn to say your ideas clearly in pairs and in groups.

Explanation

• Use short sentences. Say one idea at a time.
• Put the words in the right order.
• Give a reason with because.
• Pattern: I'd like to be + a job + because + reason.
• To describe a hero, say the name, the country, the job and the reason.
• Speak slowly and ask, "Do you understand?"

Examples

1. I'd like to be an artist because I love drawing and painting.
2. Why is he a hero?
3. My hero is Abai. He is from Kazakhstan. He was a poet.
