Talking About Yourself and Others

What are we learning today?

You will learn how to give basic information about yourself and other people. You will use full sentences in a talk.

Explanation

• Answer in a full sentence.
• Add one fact.
• Then ask a question back.
• When you talk about one other person, use he or she.
• Add -s to the verb after he or she.

Examples

1. What kind of shops do you like? My favourite shop is a music shop. I go there on Saturday with my friends.
2. I spend my money on comics. What about you?
3. Aizhan goes to the library on Fridays.

• Say he goes, not he go.
• Do not answer with one word.
• Ask questions too.
