You will learn useful words about animals and the countryside.

Explanation

• Animals: bear, camel, deer, duck, gazelle, insect, mouse, rabbit, seal, snake, wolf.
• A seal and a duck spend time in water. An insect has six legs.
• Countryside words: hedge, valley, wood, river bank, wildlife, landscape.
• Rules: keep to the path, shut the gate, keep your dog on a lead.
• Say do the housework, do the washing, do homework. Do not say "make the housework".

2. It has long legs. It eats plants.
3. I did some housework on Saturday.

• Use have, live in and eat to describe an animal.
• The plural of mouse is mice.
