Writing Feelings and Opinions

What are we learning today?

You will learn how to write about your feelings and opinions with reasons.

Explanation

• Use "I" and give a reason with "because".
• Useful words: I love, I like, I don't like, I think, I prefer.
• Write at least four sentences: topic, opinion, reason and example.
• You can write about the weather, people, food, free-time activities or noise.
• Ask a partner if your reasons are clear.

Examples

1. One of the best things is the weather.
2. One of the worst things is the noise at night.
3. I love my town because the people are friendly.

Remember!

• Write feelings, not only facts.
• Do not write every sentence with "It is good".
