What are we learning today?

You will learn to write a short paragraph about yourself. You will give personal information.

Explanation

• First, make a table with notes: name, age, born in, family, hobby, favourite book.
• Then write a topic sentence. It gives the main idea: "My name is Dana and I live in Almaty."
• Add three or four more sentences about yourself.
• Use the present simple for your age, family and hobbies.
• Use the past simple for your birth: "I was born in 2013."
• At the end, check capital letters, commas, apostrophes and spelling.

3. I have a younger brother. His name is Aidar.
