• You did not hear: Sorry? Can you repeat that, please?
• You agree: Yes, that's right.
• You are not sure: I think ... / Maybe ...
• You are surprised: Really? That's interesting.
• In the street: Excuse me. How do I get to ...?
• After thanks: You're welcome.
